These terms and conditions constitute our agreement with you for the sale of tour packages. Your booking with JoinEuropeTour.com and Tong Hang Tour Management Ltd is conditional on you accepting our terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. If you proceed with the booking, you accept that you have read, understood and accept our terms. If any parts of the terms you are not understand with, or if you have any query on our products, feel free to contact us.
Tour Price Include:
A1. Accommodation is base on half twin sharing for adult
A2. Single travellers that choose to stay in single room need to pay additional single supplement that stated in our price list. For person traveling alone who desires to share a room, every effort will be made to assign such accommodation. However, if this is not possible, the Tour Member will have to pay for additional single supplement.
A3. Coach transportation throughout the journey.

B1. Cigarettes, wine, mineral water, laundry or other items of a purely personal nature and/or items not specified in the as optional.

Once you confirm to join any of our tour, you can made the payment of deposit of GBP100 via Paypal, debit or credit card, fill in the booking form with your particular and send to us. You can made the booking by clicking BOOKING NOW icon that appears in each itinerary page.
A welcoming email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your booking. We will email you with booking confirmation within 3-5 working days after received your booking. The issue of booking confirmation will also imply that a seat has been reserved for you. Seat availability is base on first come first serve basis. The remaining balance shall be completed not later than 30 days before tour departure. You can made the payment of balance tour fee by transferring to our UK bank account. You will receive invoice with our bank account details in the booking confirmation email. Once you make the payment of balance tour fees to our company, you must email us bank transfer confirmation / receipts, so that we can trace your payment.
Payment Procedures and Methods
C1. £100 deposit required at the time of booking to secure the seats. The remaining balance can be paid via Bank Transfer to our UK Barclay bank account. The remaining balance shall be completed not later than 30 days before tour departure.
C2. Seat availability is base on first come first serve basis. We will allocate seat for you once confirming the payment received by issuing you with booking confirmation.
Cancellation of Tours
By Our Company
D1. If any of the tour do not reach the minimum amount of Tour Members that joining the tours, our company have the rights to cancel the tour. You will receive cancellation notification through email before tour departure if we decide to cancel the tour.
D2. Our company is not responsible for trip being delayed, failure to continue due to condition beyond supplier’s control, such as unforeseen traffic hold-ups; strike/industrial actions, weather conditions, deaths and accidents, riot or local unrest, problems caused by fellow travellers.
D3. If for any of the reason stated above and we have no choice but to cancel tours, we will provide several options as stated below for Tour Members:
- You can choose the same tour package at same price that departing at different date; or
- You can choose another tour package that are cheaper than the price that you have paid us, we will refund you the difference; or
- You can choose another tour package that are more expensive than the price that you have paid us, you have to pay us in addition on the difference; or
- You can choose to receive full refund of the tour price that you have paid earlier
D4. We may have to make changes to your tour due to the unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to change the itinerary of the tour if necessary.
Cancellation by Tour Member (Europe Tour)
D5. If the Tour Member cancels over 45 days before tour departure date, £100 will be imposed
D6. If the Tour Member cancels 21 to 44 days before tour departure date, 20% of tour fares or £150 will be imposed, whichever is higher
D7. If the Tour Member cancels 10 – 20 days before departure date, 50% of tour fares will be imposed
D8. If the Tour Member cancels less than 10 days before departure date, 100% of tour fares will be imposed
D9. In the unlikely event that your Schengen Visa Application has been refused, the visa application fees of £162 is non-refundable at all. However, we will refund all the tour fares to you, this include the deposit of £100 and the remaining balance that you pay 30 days before departure. If you apply the Schengen Visa by yourself, you need to show us the proof of visa refusal before we can grant you the refund.
We strongly recommend all Tour Members to purchase a form of travel insurance to cover any losses or injury that might occur throughout the journey.
As an operator, we do not provide you with a form of insurance against such losses. Our suppliers include coach operators or hotel operators may have an individual insurance policy to cover you against injuries while you are on their premises.
The company act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals, a tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided. Every person participating in any tour or holiday organised by the Company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk. The company shall NOT held responsible to any person as a result of the following :-
E1. Inaccuracy, wrong description or charges to any tour in its itinerary.
E2. Additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.
E3. The company assumes no liability for any damage or loss of baggage, personal effects or accidents. It is a responsibility of the passenger to effect insurance.
The company reserves the rights to the following:
F1. The Company reserves the right to alter or modify with or without prior notice the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation in any way necessary due to circumstances over which the operations have no control.
F2. Passenger missing main party during tour shall pay for all expenditure involved while trying to keep contact with group leader.
F3. The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of Tour Member prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient number of passengers in which no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the Company in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal. The decision of the company shall be final and conclusive. Money paid by such Tour Members towards booking fees shall be refunded to them.
F4. Should there be difficult and uncooperative Tour Members during the tour, whose act and conduct deems to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, interests, wellbeing and safety of the other Tour Members and the smooth running of the tour in general, the Tour Manager concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such persons as he/she deems fit, including require him/her to leave the tour. The decision of the Tour Manager in this respect is final and conclusive and the company shall not make refund for any uncompleted part of the tour.
F5. Programmes, tour prices, services and conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of the publication of this brochure and are subject to change with or without prior notice.
F6. The information in this term and contract is correct to the best of the Company’s knowledge at the time of publishing, but the Company cannot guarantee that any item or amenity mentioned will always be available especially where the company has no direct control over it.
