1. If I want to join your tour, how can I make the booking? And what are the booking procedures?

1. If I want to join your tour, how can I make the booking? And what are the booking procedures?

Once you confirm to join any of our tour, you can made the payment of deposit of GBP100 via Paypal, debit or credit card, fill in the booking form with your particular and send to us. You can made the booking by clicking BOOKING NOW icon that appears in each itinerary page.

A welcoming email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your booking. We will email you with booking confirmation within 3-5 working days after received your booking. The issue of booking confirmation will also imply that a seat has been reserved for you. Seat availability is base on first come first serve basis. The remaining balance shall be completed not later than 30 days before tour departure. You can made the payment of balance tour fee by transferring to our UK bank account. You will receive invoice with our bank account details in the booking confirmation email. Once you make the payment of balance tour fees to our company, you must email us bank transfer confirmation / receipts, so that we can trace your payment.

Note: Seat availability is base on first come first serve basis. We will allocate seat for you by issuing you with booking confirmation once deposit and booking form received from you.

2. Once I submit the booking, does it mean that my booking is confirmed and a seat is reserved for me?

After you made the payment of GBP100 deposit and submitted Booking Form, you will receive a welcoming email. This email is not a booking confirmation and do not constitute a binding agreement that a seat is reserved for you. We will email you with booking confirmation within 3-5 working days after received your booking. The issue of booking confirmation will also imply that a seat has been reserved for you.

3. Can I cancel the seat if I can’t join the tour due to some personal reason?

Yes. You can cancel your seat. But there is a cancellation charge depending on how early you inform us on cancellation. Further details can refer to Terms & Conditions. The earlier you confirm cancellation, the lesser the cancellation charges will be. Hence, you should inform us as soon as you know you can’t join our tours.

4. I interested to join the tour but the pickup point for UK tours only limited to few cities. I stay in other city, can I still join the tour and how?

If you stay in other city, we still welcome you to join our tours. We cannot establish too many pick up points in each city due to the reason that more pick up points will increase the travel time from pick up point to tour destination. If we foresee that there are good responses in your cities, we will consider to establish a new pick up point in your city for the coming tours. Meanwhile you still can join our tours by self arranging transport to one of our pick up point. Most of our UK tours departing at midnight, hence you can take an evening coach or train to arrive our pick up cities and join our group. Whereas for Europe tour, we have a centre pick up point in London. This centrally located pick up point is convenient for everyone to join the tours. You can choose to take the earliest National Express coach that arrives London early in the morning or choose to overnight in London for next day early pick up. We have lots of Tour Members come from different cities such as Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham, Leicester, etc.

5. How much I should budget for the tours? Beside the tour fees, is there any other fees that I need to budget?

Besides paying the tour fees, you might need to budget extra for entrance fees, cruise or cable car, etc. You can refer to Tour Optional Price to see what entrance or excursion that you might visit throughout the journey. Listed in the Tour Optional is few of the suggested extra that is recommended. Usually we will visit in group. However, if you find that you not interested with any of the entrance or excursion, you can choose not to follow. In this case, you do not need to pay for it. We only made the payment for the entrance or excursion while we are at the visiting place.

6. Is there any emergency contact I can call if I finding difficulty in meeting the group at pick up point before departure? Obviously, it is out of office hour.

Yes. You can find an emergency contact for our tour guide on your booking confirmation. This number only can be reached when you have any emergency issue need to inform us on the pick up day such as finding difficulty in meeting the group, etc. Other than that, please use our website to contact us.
